All items are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges for any frozen pizza products, and we are not responsible for packages returned by the carrier. Table 87 does not offer refunds on any orders unless there was an error in the packing of your order.

In this instance, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery at support@table87.com. A member of our team will provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

If your package was damaged due to carrier-mishandling, thus causing damage to the contents, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery at support@table87.com with photos and details about your damaged order. We will open investigation with the carrier.

Table 87 does not offer refunds for orders that are damaged beyond our control, such as extreme temperatures outdoors or within carrier facilities. If your order is affected by extreme temperatures, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery at support@table87.com to report the issue, and we will contact the carrier and appropriate teams.

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping address provided during the checkout process and will be added to the total cost of your order. The shipping cost is determined by FedEx's calculated shipping rates.

Please note that additional taxes and duties may apply based on your location, and these will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Since our packaged pizzas are temperature and time sensitive, we only choose the quickest means of delivery.

We do offer an expedited shipping option– that is available at checkout.

Ok so, you've placed your order. Once the order is fulfilled by our team, Table 87 will send an email with both your order, and tracking information.

We strive to get all orders packed and shipped on time. Table 87 only ships on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday– all orders placed after 11am EST will ship the following shipping day.

FedEx may occasionally experience delays in the delivery of its packages. In this case, your pizzas may arrive either partially, or completely thawed.

If the cooler contains dry ice, and the pizzas are still cold (but not entirely frozen), they are safe to eat.

If your pizzas arrive completely thawed (and the interior of the cooler is warm), please send a photo, and your order number to support@table87.com. Our customer support teams will further investigate the delay in the shipment of your order.

****All orders are packed with enough dry ice to safely withstand a 24 hour delay.****

Table 87 works diligently to pack, and ship orders as they are received. Our systems will notify you via email with tracking information, and updates are sent as the package makes its way to you!

Table 87 is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.

Table 87 does not require a signature for the delivery of its packages. The decision to leave an unattended package at your front door is solely up to the discretion of the driver. If the driver feels it is safe to leave the package, then they will do so. If you live in a residential community, carriers may deliver your package to a mailroom or front desk. Table 87 is not responsible for missed deliveries because no one was home and the driver felt it was unsafe to leave it, or, if the package does require a signature and no one was home to sign.

If you plan to be away for the day of delivery, we encourage customers to arrange for someone to pick up the package and freeze or refrigerate the items as recommended.

We are available M-F, 9AM - 5PM EST - with the exception of US federal holidays.

Please do not call the Table 87 store locations for information regarding your frozen pizza online orders. Unfortunately, they will not be able to assist.
